Flood
This is not Venice. The place is within my State. Rain stopped three days ago, but the town Ghatal of West Midnapore district still water logged. Inhabitants are going by boat on the road. The news published on today's paper with this photo.
It is so sad to see the pathetic state of people due to flood. Your pics are defining the destruction caused.
